On March 22, 2025, in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, NPO Seibo conducted an event at the Comprehensive Childcare Facility “OniKuru,” involving collaborative learning presentations with three partner schools. This event aimed to strengthen Seibo’s network in the Kansai and Shikoku regions, with consideration for participation by the Malawi Embassy at the upcoming Expo in Osaka.

Participants included Tokushima Municipal High School, Hyogo Prefectural Ikawadani High School, and Hamamatsu Kaiseikan High School. Tokushima Municipal High School engaged children in creating and decorating scent bags using coffee grounds. Ikawadani High School utilized abandoned bamboo forests to create puzzles featuring the Malawian flag as upcycled goods, along with ring toss activities enjoyed by families.


Additionally, Hamamatsu Kaiseikan High School presented their exploratory activities from Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, showcasing them to a wide audience.

Looking ahead, Seibo aims to expand its social capital as an organization, connecting school exchanges with civic activities to further enhance its value. They hope to continue growing as an organization that young students can appreciate and engage with.
