We would like to inform you that the “Warm Hearts Coffee Club,” a business providing coffee, tea, and similar products previously managed by Seibo NPO (hereafter, Seibo NPO), will be transferred to Seibo Corporation. With this transfer, starting January 1, 2025, product prices will be set at 8% tax included.

Background and Purpose of the Transfer
This business has been part of Seibo NPO’s initiatives, but as it has grown, the need to operate it sustainably has increased. Through the transfer to a general incorporated association, we aim to expand the coffee business and stabilize revenue, thereby creating a stronger foundation for providing long-term school meal support for children in Malawi.

Donation Options When Purchasing
After the transfer, when purchasing products, you will have the option to donate to Seibo NPO or to other like-minded organizations. If you choose Seibo NPO, your donation will be used for school meal support activities through Seibo NPO. This system ensures that your purchase continues to support the future of children in Malawi.

Roles of Seibo Corporation and Seibo NPO
Following the transfer, Seibo NPO and Seibo Corporation will have distinct roles. Seibo NPO will focus on fundraising, educational activities, and reporting on school meal support in Malawi, while Seibo Corporation will manage the coffee and tea business and the related donations.

If you choose to donate to Seibo NPO at the time of purchase, that donation will continue to be used for school meal support. Any revenue not designated for Seibo NPO will be directed to other child-related organizations, with the donation destinations disclosed periodically.
