We are delighted to report that over the 8th and 9th of October we partnered with the Salesian International School, located in Kita ward, Tokyo, to raise vital funds through the sale of Malawian and Congolese coffee. Thanks to this event alone another 1,400 school meals will be provided in Malawi!
In particular we have to thank the ‘Craft Club’ students who organised and brought energy to the event. Seibo Japan’s collaboration with the students of Salesian International School began with the provision of English-language lectures based on the theme of Malawian culture. The students had the opportunity to express their thoughts in English with overseas-based Seibo staff.
We encourage any schools interested in working with Seibo in a similar way to reach out and help spread the charity message!
